R2 and L2 not functioning on some games

Hey, everyone!

The title pretty much says it, I have two games installed, works fine in one, the other L2 and R2 don't work. I don't know if this is useful but it's HITMAN 3.

I understand that support for modern games is not intended, I'm just hoping it's something we can work through.

What sort of information would be needed to troubleshoot this?

And in regards to that, a guide on how to ask troubleshooting questions would be great and save everyone time. Just a tip. (If there is one I'm sounding like an idiot but I couldn't find it)

There's tons of links already on how to get support, IDK how many flashing banners I have to put in place....

What software are you even talking about?! I published quite a few projects...
