Saw your blog on getting emails block by hotmail, i used to go through the same headache since signing up for my site and software requires email verification. Hotmail (outlook/MSN/etc) does have a removal form, though not very user friendly and hard to make sense of: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/getsupport?oaspworkflow=start_126.96.36.199&wfname=capsub&productkey=edfsmsbl3&locale=en-us&ccsid=636239128984552047
As an alternative though I go so sick of constantly having to do this that I just folded and got a 3rd party service. I use Amazon's AWS - SES. I send about 6 thousand emails a month and the cost is only a couple bucks. No other service even comes close.
Thanks, submitted the form! Service Request #: 1376757869 for reference here.
Bad part is, that form didn't get you on a white-list, just off the blacklist, so it could still happen again ;-(
It works for now. Will monitor the server logs, thanks again for the link!
