However I found that in Final Fantasy XV, some actions are mapped to the DS4 "touchpad click", I think this button is just meant to be "Select", at least in this case, so I wanted to drop the suggestion that it would be really useful to be able to map the "touchpad" to select or start or something like that.
Yeah, this is a big request/issue, the problem here is that the current code base has the mapping hard coded, to satisfy all these games we'd need to implement user-configurable remapping capabilities but that's a bit too big of a chunk of work for me currently and I'd much rather focus on the successor project to this Shibari clutter 😉
For the record I'm working on a Shibari replacement that will - hopefully - address a lot of existing issues as well, so stay tuned. It's all a bit uncertain with the pandemic and everything but I am still on the path towards greatness 😅
Ah so it does block it system-wide then but the whitelist doesn't seem to work. This can have many reasons; the app that you use is somehow broken (can't really say much for that) or the used driver version is incompatible with the application.
Those values were taken from a Wireshark capture of the real hardware. Some values where you find no copies I haven't decoded and am not sure what they exactly do but adding them helped with other compatibility issues I had in older versions.
So I plugged an old USB bt I had, and I remembered I had SCP installed (thought not as a service, I always started it manually),and used the uninstall tool and wiped all the scp stuff on device manager manually, restarted, and reinstalled BthPs3. Now it works wiressly. 🙂
